Georgia Anderson, 63, of Youngstown, passed away Friday, Oct. 27, 2017.
She was born April 22, 1954, in Sharpsville, daughter of Robert George Abbott and Ruth M. Cutler.
Georgia was a graduate of Sharpsville High School, Youngstown State University and Geneva College. She worked as a clinical adviser of radiology at Kent State Salem campus, and an X-ray technician for 40 years at St. Joseph's Hospital in Warren, Ohio.
She was a member of Lockwood United Methodist Church, Youngstown, where she was a lay leader, a member of women's Bible Study and Sunday School group and was an active member of the choir.
Surviving are her mother, Ruth, of Sharpsville; a son, Patrick (Josselyn) Anderson of Cornersburg, Ohio; a brother, William (Kim) Abbott of Sharon; and a sister, Linda (George) Drew of Howland, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her father and by husband, James J. Anderson, whom she married Feb. 19, 1977.

Service: Funeral at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. A luncheon will follow the service at Lockwood United Methodist Church, 4570 Lockwood Blvd, Youngstown.
