Faye A. Herald, of Hermitage, died at 6:54 a.m. Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, at St. John XXIII Home, Hermitage, after an extended illness. She was 82.
Faye was born Aug. 24, 1935, in Sharon, a daughter of Clarence Hepler and Edith (Lee) Hepler.
She graduated from Sharon High School and Sharon Business School and retired from Greenwood Pharmacy, now Rite Aid, as a clerk.
Faye enjoyed crafts and crocheting.
She is survived by two daughters, Sue A. Bentley and her husband, Patrick, of Farrell, Kate McSherry and her husband, Paul, of Hermitage; three sons, Kurt M. Herald and his wife, Sue Ann, of Sharon, Dennis P. Herald and his wife, Rene, of Carlsbad, Calif., and Craig (Bill) Herald of Hermitage; a sister, Carol S. Clark of Mooresville, N.C.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Charles W. Herald.
