Dorothy Ballantine Wilson

Dorothy Ballantine Wilson Dorothy Ballantine Wilson, 87, of Grove City, went home to be with her Lord on Dec. 27, 2018. She was born in New Castle on Dec. 16, 1931, the daughter of William Raymond Ballantine and Ruth Margaret McConnell Ballantine.
She is survived by twin brother, Richard A. Ballantine; sister, Margaret "Peg" Metz; sisters-in-law, Jean Ballantine Andre (George Andre), Rose W. Johnson (husband Ronald Johnson) and Jennine "Dolly" Wilson; children, Robert D. Wilson, (Sheryl Wilson), Debra Wilson (Chris Galanos), Timothy S. Wilson and Jeffrey J. Wilson (Laura Wilson); and numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Wilson Jr.; son, John W. Wilson; daughters-in-law, Roslyn Wilson and Pamela Wilson; brother, Raymond
Ballantine; brothers-in-law, Frank Wilson, Robert A. Wilson, Wendell "Bud" Metz; and sister-in-law, Louise "Bobbie" Ballantine.
She is a lifetime member of East Main Presbyterian Church in Grove City, where through the years she volunteered in various capacities, with Shalom Cookie Co. being her favorite.
Memorial contributions may be given to East Main Presbyterian Church, 120 East Main St., Grove City, PA 16127 or a charity of your choice.
