Dorothy Ruth Redmon Wodraska, 84, of Tavares, Fla., passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018, after a very short illness.
Ruth was born on Nov. 21, 1933, in Bethlehem, Ind., to Perry and Mellisa Dean Monroe. Before moving to Florida, Ruth had lived in Whiteland, Ind., and West Middlesex.
She is proceeded in death by her parents; husbands, Reed Redmon and Carl Wodraska; a brother, Dan Monroe; and sisters, Anna Mae Owen and Laura Grace Davidson.
Ruth's life was devoted to being a loving and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother and "granny."
Survivors include her daughter Rita Pinckney (Joe) of Mt. Dora, Fla.; two sons, Daniel Redmon (Kathy) of Sheffield Heights, Ohio, and Chuck Redmon (Karen) of West Middlesex; grandchildren, Mellisa Puchlopek McHaffie, Zachery Puchlopek (Stef), Matere Alban, Kimberly Mellott (Tim), Kristine Feeney (Chris), Kristina Rothenbuhler (Randy) and Jamie Gargano (Vince); and great-grandchildren, Chase, Madison, Steele, Paxton, Xander, Anabel, Teagan, Cora, Robby, Abby, Amber and Taryn.
Ruth will also be missed by her loving nieces and nephews.
