Dean L Glenn
Dean was born on Aug. 19, 1930, in Wellsville, Ohio, to Oliver Dean and Lenore (Elliot) Glenn. He married Betty J. Foster on May 5, 1955. She survives at home.
He graduated from Grove City High School in 1948. Following school, he served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War.
Dean retired in 1995 from Wheatland Tube where he was a welder for 27 years. During his retirement, he enjoyed lawn maintenance at Jerry Taylor Ford in Grove City.
He was a member of East Main Presbyterian Church and the F and AM Lodge 603, Grove City.
Memorials may be made to Merakey Allegheny Valley Schools, for Slippery Rock Program Center, 125 Rebecca Lane, Slippery Rock.
In addition to his wife Betty, he is survived by two children, Wayne R. Glenn and wife Susan, Pittsburgh and Gaye C. Hansen and husband Todd, Columbus, Ohio; a daughter-in-law, Carol A. Glenn, Harrisville; four grandchildren, Chad Crossley, Paula Miller, Madison and Trevor Hansen; two great-grandchildren, Josh Bell and Alyssa Miller; and a brother, Paul P. "Toby" Tobias and wife Kess, Grove City.
His parents; a son, Douglas E. Glenn; a sister, Roberta Louise Glenn; and a brother, Charles E. Glenn, preceded Dean in death.

Calling hours: From 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday (1-9-19) at CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME INC., 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.
Service: Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday (1-10-19) at the funeral home.
Burial: Crestview Memorial Park Inc., with military honors.
