Concetta DeCapua passed away on Saturday (Feb. 17, 2018) in Naperville, Ill., surrounded by her loving family.
Connie was born on Dec. 10, 1920, in Farrell, and lived there until 2002 when she relocated to the Chicago area.
She is survived by: her sister, Norma Kaikas of Farrell; four daughters, Rochelle DeSantis of Orland Park, Joanne Neidhardt (Jim) of Vienna, Ohio, Gloria Waite (John) of The Villages, Florida, and Cheryl Benigas (Mark) of Oswego; and by 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
The family she leaves behind will love and miss her forever.
She was preceded in death by: her husband of 49 years, Basil (Bill) DeCapua; her parents, Dominic and Josephine Branca; her brother Charles Branca; her sister, Gloria Rubano ;and her son-in-law, Dominic DeSantis.
A private service will be held at St. Anne's Church in Oswego for the family. She will be laid to rest in Farrell, beside her beloved husband.
The family suggests all memorial contributions be sent to Our Lady of Fatima-Saint Ann's Church, 601 Roemer Blvd., Farrell PA 16121.
