Catherine Yuliano, formerly of Brookfield, passed away at 5:05 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 21, 2017). She succumbed to Alzheimer's while residing at Paramount Senior Living in Seven Fields, Pa. She was 88.
Mrs. Yuliano was born at home March 31, 1929, in Allison, Pa., a daughter to Andrew and Sophia (Sirilla) Bodnovich.
She married Louis Yuliano Nov. 29, 1950. Their three children include Victor, Mark, and Nancy.
She was an industrious and talented homemaker and a member of St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, Hermitage.
Catherine enjoyed singing, cooking, sewing, quilting, cross-stitching, bowling, and working crossword puzzles.
Survivors include: her husband, Louis; her children, Nancy Barnes (Adam), Gibsonia, and Victor and Mark Yuliano, both of Brookfield; and her granddaughter, Addison Barnes.
Preceding her in death were: her parents and siblings, Anthony, Steven, Michael, George, and John Bodnovich, and Helen Stolfi, Mary Felesky, and Elizabeth Ford.
