Anna Wittmann (nee Pioker), 93, formerly of Hermitage, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018.
Anna survived ethnic cleansing in Croatia, resettled in Austria and moved to the United States.
She was the beloved wife of 61 years to the late Michael Wittmann.
She was the dear mother of Michael (Elizabeth), Magdalena (Helmut) Eisenloeffel and Rudi; dearest grandmother of Michele (Doug) Esper, Rita (Ernest) Mensurati and the late William; cherished great-grandmother of Amanda, Domonic, Matthew, Owen and Mara Rose; caring sister of Franz and Maria, (both of Austria), and the late Barbara, Elizabeth and Resi.
In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 12700 Pearl Road, Strongsville, Ohio, 44136.

Calling hours: 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (1-10-18) in the TOMON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 7327 Pearl Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio, south of Bagley Road.
Service: Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Thursday (1-11-18) in St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Interment: Strongsville Cemetery.
