Ann E. English, 94, of Sharpsville, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2018, at Countryside Convalescent Home in Mercer.
Ann was born on Feb. 10, 1924, to Michael and Emma (Phillips) Beno in Sharpsville. She graduated from Sharpsville High School and attended St. Vincent School of Nursing.
On July 8, 1943, she married her husband, the late Raymond A. English, who passed away July 10, 2007.
She was a member of Notre Dame Church in Hermitage.
Ann is survived by her daughters, Emmarae (Peter) Dunn of North Springfield and Kimberly Cagle of Sharpsville; son, Raymond P. (Christine) English of Pittsburgh; four grandchildren, Amanda L. Cagle, Michael R. Cagle, Nicole M. (Craig) LeDonne and Nathan P. (Laural) English. Also surviving are two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth LeDonne and Alexander LeDonne; and her devoted niece, Monalea Hutchins.
She was preceded in death by father, Michael Beno; mother, Emma Beno; husband, Raymond A. English; son-in-law, Gerald Cagle, three sisters, Helen, Mary, Martha and Sophie; three brothers, Paul, Louie and Bill.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Notre Dame Church, 2325 Highland Road, Hermitage, PA 16148 in memory of Ann.
