Alex "Yogi" Roscoe of Brookfield, Ohio, entered life eternal at 5:39 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017, while a patient at Sharon Regional Medical Center, Sharon, following a brief illness. He was 98.
Alex was born Nov. 11, 1919, in Pulaski, a son to Paul and Stephanie (Sonchek) Roscoe.
He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army and a Pearl Harbor survivor.
He is survived by his wife, Ann (Poltor) Roscoe, whom he married on Valentine's Day in 1948; and his children, Tom and Diane Roscoe of Brookfield, Janice and Ron Normand of Brookfield and Alan and Carol Roscoe of Vienna, Ohio.

Calling hours: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday (11-25-17) in Brookfield United Methodist Church, Brookfield.
Service: 1 p.m. Saturday in the church.
Arrangements entrusted to BRICELAND FUNERAL HOME, Brookfield.
Due to Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe passing within one day, there will be a combined service for the couple in the church.
